Issue 07 | April 08 | The First 100 Days

The Directors would like to take a moment to thank Patrick Schley, our Operations Coordinator and Theatre Program Coordinator. Recently, First Stage Children's Theater nominated Patrick for a recognition award with the Non-Profit Center of Milwaukee and we would like to quote one of our favorite passages from First Stage's nomination letter.
"Patrick is not just loyal, and sympathetic, but he’s thoughtful, creative and a long distance voluntary member of our staff."
We couldn't agree more.
They also said they love Patrick like family and miss him. We love Patrick like family too. Bucketworks, it's staff and members (I'm sure) would like you to know, Patrick - for all you do and simply for being you - we love you.
Patrick wrote a blog post, himself the only person on our staff who noticed that we had hit the 100 day mark. Take a read. It really helped us to put things into perspective. How far we've come, instead of how far we have yet to go.
