The day after Thanksgiving is hectic.
Rabid crowds, earlybird specials, 2 hour sales and limited supplies all serve to exacerbate an already exhausting time of year for diehard parents.
So why not skip it?
Avoid the crowds and stress and make a gift instead!
Bucketworks, Milwaukee Makerspace, and more partner to bring you Make-A-Thon 2011!
Join us at Bucketworks from 1pm to 5pm for a free, fun and family-friendly day of activities including:
- Solder a wearable blinking LED pin (Sean Malloy & Joel Wakefield from Milwaukee Makerspace)
- Join the knitting circle and knit something (Aki Braun and friends)
- Paint a holiday ornament (Amy Worzella: gourds, Milwaukee Makerspace, wood)
- Self-service gift wrapping (Pete Prodoehl)
All supplies provided. Suggested $5 donation/family
